For those of you in the US who are thinking of setting up DNA microarray
facilities in the near future, the NCI has release a program announcement
in the NIH Guide (http://www.nih.gov/grants/guide/1999/99.02.26/index.html)
entitled "ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPLEMENTS TO ESTABLISH DNA ARRAY FACILITIES."
This program is not only for institutions that have Cancer Center programs,
but other NCI grants as well (R01, R37, P01, P30 P60, P50). The deadline
for receipt of applications is May 5, with a limit of $250,000 per award.
It seems like a good opportunity.
