Here in Utah we have a continuing problem with the response time for
service on our 373/377's and it seems to be getting worse. Our service
rep is excellent, but it looks like his workload is impossible. The
turnaround time is supposed to be 48 hours (that's what the expensive
contract says), but the turnaround on my latest request is projected to
be 6 days! Is this just a Western thing or does everyone have the same
problem?
