We also have an excellent service technician, and likewise
have had to wait 1 to 2 weeks to get him in for repairs on
our Procise and peptide synthesizer. They obviously need to
add more manpower because he is booked two weeks out.
Maybe PE will read this and give us a refund on our service
contract.
