You are not alone. I had the same problems with PE about a year ago. Frustration
finally led me to send a message to the ABRF. I was inundated with personal
responses from people who had similar issues. It seems that PE tells people we
have isolated problems, but they don't count on us speaking to eachother to find
out that we really aren't isolated. I also heard that things would be better
after the merger with Perseptive. I guess that wasn't exactly true either.
I had to admit that since we made a public complaint, PE has been very good to
us. When we have a problem the service people and technical people respond
admirably. It's too bad that their customer service philosophy is one of
stamping out forest fires rather than preventing the fires from igniting.
