We have the same problem in the southeast. Whether it's our DNA
synthesizers or our sequencers, turn around time on service calls averages
about 5 or 6 working days and has sometimes been as bad as 13 days. We've
also had the experience of ordering upgrades for the sequencers that sat in
the lab for 5 weeks because they couldn't get anyone out here to install them.
As you said- quite frustrating. I guess the company just doesn't care that
they have many disgrunted customers.
