Hi,

Does anyone know of an algorithm that can do both sequence homology
and antigenicity predictions?
This would come in handy when a user wants an antibody that
distinguishes best among several fairly homologous forms of a protein.
So far, the way I go about this is to run the relevant sequences
through both types of algorithms and then compare (by hand, so to
say). When the number of homologous sequences is large this becomes a
bit complex. What I am looking for is an integrated program that does
both things simultaneously. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
Regards,

David Andreu
