Hi Linda,

My problem is slightly different. My service rep is quite fast but he not
good. He likes swapping parts and worse leaves without testing the instrument.
One day after he had left I noticed that there was no delivery at all
to the cartridge.... I had his car phone number so i called him up. He told
me he was on the turnpike and -what do you want me to do? I asked him to
take the next exit and come right back.
To make a long story short (it took 6 weeks of swapping parts...) the
manager called me and sent a service rep from upstate New York a very
nice, good and smart person. He stripped the 377 and fixed it without
complaining. It is now running better than ever.
It is better to have to wait for a good service rep than getting service
from someone who is quick but not talented.
