We have had a heck of a time getting anything less than a 2 week response
time on our 476A and 173A repairs. For our last repair(s) we waited a
minimum of 2
weeks up to 1 month! Again, our service engineer is the tops but
grossly overworked and if that isn't bad enough, parts are not warehoused
in Canada so that adds to the delay in shipping. However, I have spoken to
a few higher ups and strongly suggested getting parts stored in Canada and
another service engineer for the Pacific NW area.
We'll see if we Canucks have a voice they'll listen to.
