I can't tell you about the STORM - but we have BioRad's Molecular
Imager with the GelDoc system and Quantity One software and we have been
quite pleased with the product and especially the service. In fact, one
of the reps was just here and spent several hours patiently helping people
with software questions and showing them how to directly contact the
software developers with suggestions. Please feel free to contact me if
you have any specific questions about the BioRad system.
