Research Scientist =96 Mass Spectrometry
Responsibilities include developing and conducting automated
high-throughput LC-MS/MS assays of proteins separated via
proprietary 2-D gel and other methods, maintaining
automation and analytical instrumentation (HPLC,
autosampler, LC detectors, mass spectrometers), and
maintenance of good laboratory records. Successful candidate
has a Ph.D. in chemistry, biology or related field,
expertise in LC-MS/MS (LCQ ion trap preferred), at least 1-2
years of postdoctoral experience and working knowledge of

Research Assistant =96 Mass Spectrometry
Responsibilities include sample preparation, MS analysis of
proteins separated via proprietary 2-D gels and other
methods and maintenance of good laboratory records.
Successful candidate has a BS in chemistry, biology or
related field, at least 1 year=92s experience in mass
spectrometry (MALDI preferred) and familiarity with Windows
NT and MS Office. Results are generated for pharma and other
clients and for inclusion in the Company=92s protein

Research Scientist =96 Protein Chemist
Responsibilities include fractionation of proteins in serum
and tissue samples using chromatography (including affinity
methods), centrifugal separations, other advanced
technologies complementary to 2-D electrophoresis, and
methods development suitable for high throughput, automated
systems. Successful candidate has a Ph.D. in protein
chemistry or related field and at least 4 years=92 experience
in protein fractionation. Experience with preparation of
affinity media, use of commercial automated chromatography
workstations, instrument development and NT environments is
