A customer recently submitted a sample to me for protein sequencing on
Amersham's Hybond-P, which is a PVDF membrane. Before I load it on the
Procise, I (and my boss) want to know whether it is compatible with the
sequencing chemistry. Specifically, is this one of those PVDF membranes
that melts and clogs all of your lines? Does anyone have any experience
with this membrane?
