Dear ABRF,
We are looking for a facility that can undertake some CZE analyses for
us, preferably based in the UK. We have a starting protocol, but there
may be some method development required. The sample is a disulphide
linked protein complex, ideally we would like to separate and
quantitate the component monomers (the monomers are very hydrophobic,
we've had no success with rpHPLC and HILIC). But mainly, we just want
to try the technique and see what we get! I've had no luck in tracking
anyone who can help so far,
