I am interested to synthesize a 52 amino acid peptide with one
phosphoserine. I am planning to use Fmoc-Ser(PO(OBzl)OH)-OH. I would
like to know if you have any experience with these specific incorporation and
I would appreciate any kind of information.

Dear Christine,

I use this reagent (Calbiochem-Novabiochem) a lot with excellent results.
It can be incorporated with HBTU (which I use) and other similar reagents.

Treat as a normal amino acid except allow a longer cleavage time as
the benzyl can take its time to cleave !! I suggest around 5 hours.
