disulfide mapping

I have a short peptide (247 residues) which contains 4 cys
residues. These form two(2) disulfide bonds of which we
have previously shown the suspected arrangement to be
intact. However, we have now expressed the product in E.
coli and want to confirm the disulfide bonds again.
Does anybody know of a service available for this analysis
using TCEP, digest, MS.
I listened to Hsieng Lu, from Amgen, Inc., talk about this
methodolgy at the ABRF meeting and it did not look easy.

We do not have a mass spec here, so we can't do this
in-house.
Any takers? $$$
