I'm trying to find literature references to the database systems that are used
by various core facilities, particularly DNA sequencing cores. I'm thinking of
writing a paper on the system we've glued together here. I haven't had much luck
searching the literature databases available to me, presumable because such
descriptions are part of more inclusive papers describing the entire facility -
or because I'm not searching on the proper buzz words. If any of you could pass
on some references to your system, or others, I would appreciate it.
