I presume that you must be using a Mac to collect the data- so
there are two easy possibilities that I know of.

Use shift command 3 to "take a picture" of the screen. This
generates a pict file on your hard drive which can then be manipulated. I
also have a utility program called Image Grabber which does essentially
the same thing but allows you to adjust the size, etc. These can then be
imported or pasted into Powerpoint.
