At the time I was in Seattle, we got faced to the same problem as our
motherboard blew up. Of course ABI wanted an extravagant amount of money for
a used board of their own. I though that maybe I could find an old XT
computer (which is what you have in a 477) to run the whole thing but it
seems, according to what I have understood, that the board has been specially
customized for ABI. So the software will not run "as is" on a XT computer,
However, I am surprised you cannot find any hard drive for this kind of
computer ... I am sure something can be done in this area.
