Thank you all for your suggestions on the Pioneer. I have replaced my final wash solution with DCM and with any luck this will solve the problem.

Several of you have mentioned that the Perseptive resins are faulty, is this the nature of the PEG-PS resin or is the problem specific to Perseptive? We did have some Gly-PEG-PS which appeared either not to be capped, or the gly had fallen off over time and we saw a large population of Gly deleted peptides. Perseptive has relpaced this resin for me but I am concerned that it will happen again. Is there another more reliable source for these resins?

Once again, thanks for everyone's input. I will keep those of you who asked posted on how the DCM wash works out.
