I am planning to buy a new multiple peptide synthesizer. I recently
heared that the Advanced ChemTech machine 348 has some problems of
contamination; resin seems to pass from one reaction well to another
resulting in a certain mixing of the peptides during synthesis and
therefore wrong peptides in the crude mixture.
Has somebody experienced this type of problems with this machine or does
it work correctly?
