You can buy phophoaminoacids from Sigma:
Phosphoserine SIGMA P-0878
Under normal chromatographic conditions in the 420, and without doing
hydrolysis, you will find the P-Ser immediately after the solvent front, as
a broad peak. With " normal" hydrolysis, P-Ser goes almost all to Ser.
Standing 10 days at 4 C, the result is the same as hydrolysis: loose P.
