There is a program out there called peptide companion by KoshiSoft
software that should fit your needs.

They do have a website...URL: http://www.5z.com/csps/index.html

That will get you ordering info as well as a download-able demo.

Hi everyone,

Can you recommend any software (PC) that can 1. predict conformation of
protein base on sequence (like Chou-Fasman) 2. predict where proteases
will cut based on sequence? Thanks.
