It was brought to my attention that some of you are having trouble
opening the file attached to my original posting. The file is in Adobe
Acrobat PDF format and can be opened using the Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is
available at no charge from the Adobe web site (www.adobe.com). Acrobat
Reader is a very useful program to have, even if you couldn't care less about
my figures. (Did you ever wonder what those "PDF Downloads" from web sites
were?)
To obtain Acrobat Reader at no cost from the Adobe web site, just select
"Product Index" and then select "Acrobat Reader" under "Adobe Acrobat". The
download instructions for "Free Acrobat Reader", which are fairly
straightforward, are "hidden" below the sales pitch for the whole Acrobat
package.
