Detection of Phosphorylated Proteins on Blots

I would like to detect phosphorylated proteins that have been separated by
2D gel electrophoresis and then blotted onto PVDF membranes. (These
proteins cannot be conveniently labelled with 32P in vivo.)

What manufacturers' antibodies work best for detecting phosphotyrosine?
Are there any good ones for detecting phosphoserine/threonine??

Thanks for all of your suggestions!
