We and our institution like to be street-legal with our software, and so
wish to purchase the BioExplore (data analysis part) program for the LCQ
for offline use. At the ABRF meeting, I was told by the Finnigan
representatives that the upgraded version is, or would soon be, available
for $800 per copy. Purchase of extra copies of Sequest ($9500) was not
linked. Our salesman seems unaware of this, and says that we need to
purchase the entire package or nothing. Which is correct?
