I have three queries about the 96-capilliary DNA sequencers...
* Those of you with experience using the 96-capilliary sequencers
(whether the 'Megabace' or the PE3700), can you tell me, please, if they are
producing good data? And how they compare to each other? Particularly in
comparison with the ABI 377 sequencers. I would also be grateful to know of
any problems you have experienced with them.
* Those of you who have a Megabace sequencer - has anyone been
successful using terminator chemistry on these?
* My final question is whether anyone has managed successfully to run
BigDyeTerminator chemistry on the Megabace; or conversely, ETTerminator
chemistry on the PE3700.
Thanks in advance for any information/advice on these.
Kind Regards
Andrew
