We also have been told conflicting things about finnegan software, although
not specifically this issue. I was told that upgrades were being mailed
during the meeting, but now it turns out that was not correct and no one
knows when upgrades are being sent, or even if they exist.

It is exceedingly frustrating to deal with them. Given how important
software is to the user (without good software, the best instrument is
useless), it would seem they should pay more attention to that aspect of
customer service.
