we have recently built a high density DNA micro arrayer and are now faced with
having to keep track of thousands of arrayed DNA samples, some of which we will
have purified by Qiagen Biorobot 9600, some of which will ultimately be
sequenced using ABI 377's. We need a system which we can ideally interface with
all equipment involved in the microarray facility . I was wondering what
people's experiences are with sample tracking systems currently on the market.
