I just sent for a demo kit of Accutrac (from CBI in Virginia)
1-877-FAX-4CBI that I saw advertised in Science. This appears to be a
dye that you spike your sequencing reactions with and it gets tracked
easily by the tracking software and produces "100% error free tracking"
because even failed lanes now have something to track. This sounds so
simple and such an obvious (via hindsight) fix to tracking problems....it's
almost to good to be true.
Does anyone have any experience with this product yet?
