I was wondering if anyone knows of a reagent/protocol for conjugating a
fluorescent marker (one that can be see by the flow cytometers) to a
protein via the protein's tyrosine residues? Importantly, the protocol
must not conjugate any fluorochrome to the lysine residues of the protein.
