phenylglyoxal modification of ARGININE

I have a client who let me know ( belatedly) that he has modified his
arginines with phenylglyoxal which supposedly forms a cyclic derivative of
the ARG sidechain. This was performed prior to alpha-chymotrypsin
digestion. I have already performed N-terminal sequencing on the peptide
but am curious to know if anyone has an idea where this might elute ( or
co-elute)?

Thanks for your answers in advance!
