I am evaluating four 2D analysis software packages: Melanie (from Bio-Rad), PDQuest (Bio-Rad), Phoretix (Alpha Innotech) and Gellab (Scanalytics). One can get demos for all of them through the web. The two I like best are PDQuest and Phoretix.
