Procise Sequencers and Timbuctu

I am trying to connect my Procise computer to my home computer using
Timbuctu Pro software, and am having some problems. With Procise, Model
610A, and Timbuktu open, my (Mac) Quadra 650 keeps crashing. We are
running Mac system software 7.6 with version 4.0.6 of Timbuktu. The 610
version is 2.1, and the Procise is version 1.1.

Does anyone have any experience with using this software to have remote
control?? Should we be using a more powerful computer instead of the
Quadra?? It was my understanding that we would be able to run this with a
Quadra, but now we're wondering if that's the problem.

We would be grateful for any help on this issue.
