Hi...............

Check out:

Direct Assignment of Disulfide Bonds by Edman Degradation of
Selected Peptide Fragments

Haniu, Acklin, Kenney and Rohde

Int. J. Peptide Protein Res., 43, 81-86 (1994)

The method is tricky, but it might work for you.

Also consider the method of Gray:

Protein Science, 2, 1732-1748 (1993)

Good luck !!!

Is there a way, using conventional Edman sequencing, to map disulfide
bridges in a protein? Today an investigator indicated to me that there may
be.

Thank you in advance for your consideration of my question.
