This message is intended mainly for New York area people, but may be of
interest to others in concept. The New York City Partnership, which helped
set up the forthcoming NMR consortium lab, is continuing to meet on a
"Structural Genomics Initiative". The group that is meeting is heavily
biased in crystallographers and computational people, but "proteomics" type
issues are on the agenda. Three of us with interests in protein chemistry
and mass spectrometry have just been added to the mailing list, but there
are others in this area that should be involved. If you are interested, or
know the right person at your institution, could you please send the
contact information to me, and I'll do what I can.
Many thanks
Ruth
