I run an ABI Procise 492, and have a problem with 610a software.
If I go to an absorbance scale greater than 22.25 mAU, then I lose peak
labels and cycle to cycle subtraction chromatograms. I can only get into
the subtraction mode for the cycle I am on by going to the "Display
options" window, but as soon as I move to a different cycle, it reverts to
normal mode. I also can't print the subtraction chromatograms.
I have tried to find an answer in the manual, and by trying
different settings in the software itself, but have had no luck. Has
anyone else seen this, and if so, is there a way to get around it? I am
using 610a v2.1.
