Dear colleagues,
does anyone have some experience with (an)ion-exchange HPLC of peptides
coming from crude digests? I'am especially interested in separating
phosphopeptides (i.e. acidic ones), which were originally derived from VERY
complex mixtures.
Any suggestions/references welcome!
