I apologize, I answered in a hurry and didn't notice that the original
question was directed at the IPGphore rather than the multiphore. We
haven't tried the IPGphore, but given the difficulty that some proteins
have focusing, it would surprise me if a constant system worked as well as
a more complex focusing protocol. But I'm open minded about that.
