Dear Dr. Schneider

We generally perform HPLC and analysis by mass spectrometry wirth very
complex mixtures of peptides from human body fluids. Most of our experien=
ce
is based on reversed phase and cation exchange chromatography. Experience
with phoshopeptides is not that high as they do not occur too often in
extracellular fluids.
