I used to have a lot of trouble loading samples , esp cosmids and lamda
must have tried 5-6 different pipettes including some multi lane loaders
but I was unimpressed . Finally tried a Socorex Calibra 822 and Ranin
GT10-2 tips. Has speeded up my loading by about 50% , highly recomended.
Only disadvantage is the ejector needs a spacer to work with the Ranin tips.
