Problems with MicroTech HPLC System

Dear ABRFs,
since some time I am running a MicroTech HPLC system and I was very happy
with it. My prefered conditions are: 20 uL / min, 1 mm column, 0.06 % TFA in
water, 0.05 % in 100 % acetonitril. Gradient from 10 % A to 80 % B with 1
or 0.5 % / min. We use either the static mixer or the smallest available
dynamic mixer, the mixer inlet valves are working fine. Only one mixer is used.
The injection peak occurs after the expected time, pressure is ok, but the
injected peptides, a tryptic digest of BSA (our standard) elute in a very
narrow range and very late, it seems that no buffer B is running for a while
and then buffer B starts and goes up very fast. We checked everything
(pistons, seals, everything) but we cannot see any problem.
I would like to know if other user have the same problems and (if) how
they solved it. Thanks a lot to all.
