There are three types of message which appear on this list from time to
time and cause a certain amount of grumbling: spam, virus warnings, and
large attachments.

Would it be an idea to configure the list manager software so as to
divert such messages to the list owner for approval before forwarding
them on to subscribers? Some obvious criteria would be (i) any message
larger than 50 kb (ii) any message containing the word virus (iii) any
message containing phrases like "earn big money" or "$$$".
