company's Process Development group. The purification specialists will b=
e
reponsible for purification of recombinantly expressed human proteins.
These proteins will be used by other groups to assess their biological
activity and potential clinical use. The successful candidates will also
be involved in producing clinical grade proteins for human therapeutic us=
e. =20
Required Separation Techniques:
=A7 Ultrafilatration
=A7 Column Chromatography including Ion-Exchange, Size Exclusion and
Affinity-based methodologies.

Qualifications:
=B7 MS or BS, or Ph.D., in Chemistry or Chemical/Biochemical Engineering.
=B7 Demonstrated aptitude and interest in development and scale up of
biochemical separations.
