extinction coefficient

Hello,
Does anyone have a method or equation to determine the extinction
coefficient of a very short strand of double stranded DNA, specifically, two
complementary 22mer oligos that have been annealed? Using 1OD=30-37ug/ml for
single stranded DNA or 1OD=50ug/ml for double stranded DNA will not be
accurate for my purpose.
