AQC-AA on SHIMADZU

Dear ABRFers,
Has anyone tried the SHIMADZU system (solvent delivery module LC-10ADvp) to
separate AQC pre-column derivatised amino acids? Any tips for setting up
gradient, column temperature, etc.?
