We are studying free amino acid present in lysed whole cell cultures.
L-citrulline (L-2-Amino-5-ureidovaleric acid) elutes just prior to
arginine. If you would like a copy of a recent chromatogram I'll send one
off to you. We utilize sigma #C-7629 as a standard along with the Pierce
Standard when running these analyses.
