Dear Carol

We usually store our peptides in polypropylene tubes. This is done after
lyophilisation (also long-term storage) or in acetonitrile/water/TFA
solution like they elute from HPLC. If peptides are sticky, storage in
solution proved to be better as we sometimes had problems to re-dissolve
lyophilised samples.
