Folks,
Earlier today I wrote that CAM-Cys PTH elutes between Gly and His on our
Hewlett Packard sequencer, and that is correct.
What isn't correct was my statement on the location of CM-Cys-PTH. It runs
just BEFORE Glu, not just after it as I wrote earlier. It is the
selenocysteine derivative (CM-SeCys-PTH) which runs just after Glu, allowing us
to distinguish Cys from SeCys.
Sorry for the mistake and thanks to Steve Tindall for checking on it.
