Does anyone have any comments,experience or other suggestions regarding
the following HPLC's. Beckman's System Gold Nouveau HPLC system with
the diode array UV/Vis and the Jasco fluorescence detector. HP 1100 with
the multi wavelenght detector and the fluorescence detector.
The HPLC will be used mostly for separating peptides of digested proteins
that often are labelled with a fluorescent tags. Space is a problem so
I'm also looking for a compact system. Any help will be much appreciated.
