*If the problem on your Porton is still unresolved, how are your glycines?
In my experience, both a LONG time ago and also last night on my Porton,
Gly is the most sensitive to non-cyclization. What I assume to be PTC Gly
runs before PTH Asp. In last night's run, it was non-delivery of the
conversion acid. I was amazed to see that all other (of about 11
different) residues except perhaps Pro were totally normal. But, there was
no Tyr in that sequence, and all my Lys were modified so I can't compare
with your results on that. BTW, the R4 pressurize valve is now fixed
(30min - can that be done on an ABI?).
