Hi All,
Sometime in the not so distant past I remember reading an article or someone
mentioning something about the critical % of SDS that can be used when
analyzing samples by MALDI. I seem to remember what was said was that low
levels(<0.01%) of SDS were fine and surprisingly levels above 1% or 2% were
fine. Does anyone recall reading about this or am I just having some wishful
thinking. Thanks.
